Job summary

Bon Food Industries in Malaysia is seeking an HR Administrator to support foreign worker management, welfare, payroll coordination, and compliance with government and immigration requirements. The role covers attendance, documents, and onboarding for new hires.

You will coordinate with banks, clinics, hostels, embassies, and authorities, ensuring confidential handling of records while delivering timely HR services and staying aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 1-2 years HR admin experience, foreign worker focus preferred.
• Familiar with foreign worker permits, passport, FOMEMA, insurance, immigration, hostel matters.
• Strong admin and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Handle foreign worker matters including welfare, performance, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
• Manage work permit renewals, passports, insurance, FOMEMA, medicals, and air ticket arrangements.
• Prepare and follow up documents with immigration, embassies, and authorities.
• Assist foreign workers with banking matters and ATM card collection.
• Coordinate hostel matters: accommodation, occupancy, cleanliness, maintenance.
• Handle monthly payroll processing: attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission of information.
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, and internships.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain HR records.
• Assist government submissions, HR reports, and other HR documentation.
