Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant multinational experience.
• Experience with management and financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in shared services or reporting to stakeholders.
• Experience aligning with Hong Kong calendar.

Responsibilities

• Ensure management reporting and analysis are provided to Group Office and local units timely and accurately.
• Support consolidation of Group management reports with timely analysis of results.
• Ensure compliance with Group reporting standards for financial and management reporting.
• Provide timely responses to queries to enable business decisions.
• Develop and implement new processes, controls, and system changes for better efficiency.
• Maintain Business Process Manuals, Checklists and training materials.
