Zohorecruit is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead regional finance consolidation and reporting across multiple countries. You will ensure IFRS-compliant statements, manage budgeting, month-end closings, and internal controls while coordinating audits with auditors and tax agents.

The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CIMA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, consolidation, or treasury.
• Experience in audit, corporate, or multinational environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional financial reporting and group consolidation across multiple countries and entities.
• Ensure financial reports and statements are prepared accurately and on time in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, consolidation schedules, and financial reports.
• Monitor and manage regional cash flow, funding requirements, and credit facilities to ensure liquidity.
• Prepare and update budgets, forecasts, and financial projections monthly and quarterly.
• Oversee general ledger, month-end closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial processes for compliance and data integrity.
• Work with regional and cross-functional teams to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; prepare supporting documents and respond to audit queries.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, legal advisors, and authorities on finance matters.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.

Job Description

Requirements
