Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Project Manager to lead overseas food or pharmaceutical capital projects from initiation through handover. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, and operations teams across multiple sites to ensure successful commissioning and handover.

The role combines strategic governance with hands‑on execution, requiring 5+ years in industrial project management, preferably on regulated facilities and multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial facilities.
• Experience on overseas or multicultural project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead overseas food or pharmaceutical capital projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop clear project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet targets.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners across disciplines
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory/industry standards.
• Support commissioning, start‑up, and handover to operations.
