Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a RTR Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the Record-to-Report process, drive GL transformation, and ensure robust financial reporting and compliance. The role offers a hybrid work setup and proximity to public transport to support flexible operations.

The successful candidate will lead GL operations across multiple entities, partner with stakeholders, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement in month-end and year-end

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
Experience in GL, close and reporting
Strong governance and regulatory compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

Oversee GL transformation and close processes
Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Shared Services
Strengthen control environment and RACM compliance
Establish governance frameworks and procedures
Lead issue resolution and service improvements
Drive KPIs and data-driven performance insights
Manage GL service catalogue and operating model
Foster strong stakeholder partnerships
Optimise month-end and year-end close cycles
Provide strategic governance for GL operations
