Altera is seeking an experienced RTR leader to establish and manage Record-to-Report operations in Penang, Malaysia. The successful candidate will oversee the general ledger, month-end close, and ensure compliance with accounting standards across multiple entities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, relevant professional certifications, and over 12 years of experience in general accounting and reporting. The role provides an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive financial transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in general accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience in SSC setup, transitions, or finance transformation projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting standards (US GAAP is a plus).
• Exposure to system implementations or process transformation initiatives.
