Becton Dickinson is seeking a dynamic Global Service Regional Leader for Record-to-Report (RTR) service line in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring service quality, and managing financial reporting. The successful candidate will shape the RTR transformation agenda and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is essential, with a Master’s and professional certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
• Understand financial reporting requirements and standards (IFRS, GAAP).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage service delivery framework and performance metrics.
• Oversee reconciliation of accounts and consolidation of financial data.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
