Feiliks Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Freight Forwarding Customer Service/Operations professional to support daily shipment bookings, follow-ups, and customs clearance coordination. You will liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and agents while ensuring accurate document handling and timely shipment updates.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, is familiar with sea and air freight procedures, and can communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding Customer Service or Operations.
• Familiar with sea freight and air freight procedures and customs regulations.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily shipment bookings, shipment follow-ups, customs clearance coordination and vessel schedules.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and overseas agents.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding freight rates, shipping schedules and shipment status.
• Prepare and handle shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), invoices, packing lists and other related documents.
• Handle and resolve unexpected issues arising during the transportation process.
• Provide professional and timely customer service and shipment updates.

Support the smooth coordination of freight forwarding operations and shipping procedures, helping ensure shipments are organised, accurately managed and delivered in line with operational requirements.

What we're looking for

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
