Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years’ experience in finance / accounting.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and MS Excel.
• Adaptive/Alteryx knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage client financial reporting from uploading actuals and forecast into Adaptive.
• Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Support real-time financial performance monitoring during month-end closing.
• Escalate financial issues to regional teams when anomalies occur.
• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports to clients (actual vs budget vs forecast).
• Assist in integrating reporting to Adaptive and sharing service line reports daily.
• Support client budgeting aligned to contractual requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation.
