Job summary

BD Malaysia is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join the BP&A – Global Finance Solutions team in Kuala Lumpur. You will act as an SME for planning and reporting processes, with a focus on SAP BPC and related finance systems, supporting global and regional initiatives.

You will partner with global, regional, and country finance teams on planning, budgeting, and forecasting, deliver standard and ad‑hoc reports, and drive continuous improvement through automation and governance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 3+ years FP&A/BP&A or accounting experience in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Experience in a COE, shared services, or regional/global finance setup is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for BP&A planning and reporting, focusing on SAP BPC and related finance systems.
• Support global and regional finance initiatives, including reporting standardization and system enhancements.
• Partner with global, regional, and country finance teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive vendor governance and continuous improvement across finance processes.
