Job summary

Flex in Penang, Malaysia invites a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our finance team supporting consolidated reporting, forecasting, and cost analysis. You will prepare financial reports, input journal entries, and liaise with tax, treasury and regional managers to drive accuracy and timely insights.

We seek 5–6 years in FP&A within a multinational, with CPA/CFP/CMA/CA or equivalent credential preferred; a strong command of US GAAP and internal controls is essential, along with a collaborative

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–6 years of related experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in an MNC.
• Relevant professional certification (CPA/CFP/CMA/CA/APICS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and research financial reports to support business needs and ensure charges and headcount are allocated to correct business units.
• Input journal entries and consolidate actual and forecast financial data.
• Develop detailed commentary on forecast changes and deviations from metrics.
• Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities and liaise with corporate tax, treasury and regional finance managers.
• Generate financial reports for review by business teams and identify cost-saving or profitability opportunities.
