Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or channel growth in fintech or payments.
• Experience building B2B networks, referral channels, or affiliate partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of APAC, Greater China, MENA, LATAM markets or other growth regions.
• Existing professional network or ability to build one effectively.
• Commercial mindset, proactive, and able to convert opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans for international markets.
• Identify and manage strategic partners, referrals, affiliates, and networks.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective and active partners.
• Support commercial performance and partner onboarding with internal teams.
• Travel internationally for meetings and events when required.
