Job summary

Jabil in Malaysia is seeking an experienced PMO leader to drive Finance Transformation across GBS Finance, ensuring successful execution of enterprise initiatives that improve operational efficiency, process standardization, reporting capabilities, automation, and digital transformation.

The Assistant Manager serves as the Finance Transformation & PMO lead for cross-functional projects, driving governance, planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, PMO, Finance transformation, or business improvement experience.
• Experience leading regional or global cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, timelines, governance structures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive project governance by monitoring scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive project reviews.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization are achieved according to agreed objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalation processes while driving timely resolution.
• Standardize project management methodologies, templates, and governance practices across GBS Finance.
• Support portfolio management by prioritizing initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational capacity.
