Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a GBS Transformation Manager to lead the transformation of the Global Business Services organization in Malaysia and other locations. You will drive end-to-end process improvements, standardization, digitalization, and governance across multiple finance pillars.

The role requires strategic planning, change management, stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on reducing manual work through automation and better data management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in large industrial/consulting finance environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the transformation of GBS to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across pillars (Invoice to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, Governance).
• Drive automation and standardization initiatives in SAP and related systems.
• Provide change management, training, and support for new processes and technologies.
