STMicroelectronics is seeking a GBS Transformation Manager in Malaysia to lead the strategic change across the finance pillars—Invoice to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report and Governance—centralizing roles and driving digitalization.

You will coordinate with cross‑regional teams and drive standardization, automation, and process improvements while mentoring staff through transitions with a strong emphasis on compliance and value creation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance & Accounting.
• 10 years of experience in the Finance Department of a major industrial company and/or consulting firm.
• Deep knowledge of SAP.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office Suite, PowerBI.
• English business proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation of GBS to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across pillars: Invoice to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, Governance.
• Drive standardization, automation, and process improvement in finance functions.
• Manage change and training to enable smooth transitions.
• Oversee e-invoicing evolution and SAP-related data integrity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls.
