Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the daily operations of the finance team, manage accounting and reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards. Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in audit or accounting.
• Degree in accountancy or ACCA or other similar certification.
• Experience in managerial roles will be preferred.
• Working experience in manufacturing line will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operation of the company and manage the finance team.
• Review payment budgets, payment vouchers and journal vouchers.
• Prepare Group Financial Statements including consolidation and reporting packages.
• Analyze financial and non‑financial results, investigate variances and ensure data accuracy.
• Liaise with bankers, company secretary, IRB, external auditors and tax agents for compliance.
• Update and maintain Company SOPs.
