Job summary

NSW Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and service automated high-precision fluid dispensing machines at customer sites worldwide. The role collaborates with internal engineers to ensure top-notch customer service and adherence to industry standards.

The candidate will perform on-site and remote support, handle documentation, and participate in upgrades while traveling locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electromechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Deliver training and handover sessions to customers.
• Assist with upgrades and retrofits to meet requirements.
• Respond to service requests and escalations promptly.
• Monitor performance and propose preventive maintenance plans.
• Document service reports and feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve root causes.
• Manage warranties and support contracts with customers.
