Job summary

Farnell, an Avnet company, is seeking a technically proficient Sales and Marketing support role for the APAC region. You will assist the sales team with technical queries, develop architectural propositions, and train first-line support while coordinating with Arduino APAC for demonstrations and content creation.

Responsibilities include building technical material, supporting customer meetings, and contributing to trade shows and partner events to drive product adoption and design-in at scale.

Qualifications

• Provide technical support to customers using Arduino products and related hardware.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to craft technical propositions for APAC customers.
• Train first-line support teams to resolve future inquiries independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Farnell APAC sales team with technical queries and architectural propositions.
• Build technical material to drive engagement with Farnell APAC customers.
• Assist with trade shows, demos, and customer meetings across the sales process.
• Coordinate with Arduino APAC and global teams on demonstrations and educational content.
• Develop new UnoQ application bricks on the Applab and support new solution suppliers.
