Job summary

Premier Farnell seeks a seasoned technology business development professional to expand design-in opportunities and strengthen enterprise customer relationships in the Asia Pacific region. You will lead multi-channel sales efforts, forecast performance, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable outcomes.

The role requires 5–7 years in electronics sales management, strong English communication, and a track record of driving ROI in distribution and design services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics/Business.
• 5–7 years in technology business development and/or sales management in electronics products & design services.
• Strong CRM experience and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify new enterprise customers and opportunities for design-in.
• Understanding of sales engagement, margins, profitability and terms.
• Proficient in sales forecasting, reviews, and customer visit reporting.
