Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical queries and propositions for Farnell APAC.
• Provide technical support to Arduino customers; train first-line teams.
• Develop technical propositions for Farnell customer engagements.
• Support meetings from opportunity identification to post-sales and maintenance.
• Respond to RFPs, create customer presentations, training, liaise on custom projects.
• Create technical material to drive a technical audience to Farnell APAC.
• Assist marketing with technical content.
• Support Farnell teams at industry trade shows and partner demos.
• Assist with project and technical collateral creation.
• Collaborate with Arduino APAC; report DI opportunities arising from Farnell customer base.
• Coordinate with Arduino global customer engineering support team and provide support on Arduino Demos, Kits and events.
• Support new UnoQ application bricks on Applab; search for UnoQ/VentunoQ solution suppliers for Q-based solutions.
