Job summary

LB Aluminium in Malaysia invites graduates to join our international sales and export operations. You will respond to overseas inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate orders from enquiry to delivery.

You will work with teams across global customers in Canada, UK, US, Shanghai, Singapore, and more, gaining hands-on experience in export documentation and customer success. The role offers growth, a pathway to permanent employment after probation, and a 5.5-day work week with meal and parking

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in export sales or international trade is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities to handle orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

Respond to overseas customer enquiries by email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Prepare accurate quotations and pro forma invoices.
Track orders with the Planning team and update customers on progress.
Coordinate samples, packing, and delivery arrangements with internal teams and customers.
Check documentary collection documents and follow up on overseas payments.
