Job summary

LB Aluminium invites you to join a dynamic export sales role based in Malaysia. You will connect with customers across multiple countries, manage the full export process, and contribute to a high‑performing team in a virtual-first environment.

You’ll be exposed to quotations, pro forma invoices, and order coordination, with training and progression opportunities across departments. A Diploma/TVET/SKM is welcomed, along with English proficiency and basic Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/TVET/SKM qualification required.
• Confident spoken and written English with international customers.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills for data entry and order tracking.
• Open to fresh graduates or professionals seeking broader export sales responsibilities.
• Export documentation experience encouraged and welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with international customers via email, calls and virtual meetings.
• Handle enquiries, quotations and pro forma invoices professionally and accurately.
• Coordinate orders with Planning, Molding, Packing and Administration teams from samples to delivery.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and issue resolution.
