You’ll be exposed to quotations, pro forma invoices, and order coordination, with training and progression opportunities across departments. A Diploma/TVET/SKM is welcomed, along with English proficiency and basic Excel skills.
Ready to take your first step—or your next step—into international sales?
Join a supportive team where you’ll connect with customers across the globe, learn the complete export sales process, and make a real impact on every customer experience. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or an experienced export professional, this is an opportunity to grow your skills, broaden your horizons, and build a rewarding career with international reach.
Work with global customers — Build relationships across five or more countries and gain valuable international exposure.
Enjoy virtual-first engagement — Manage customer communication through email, calls, and virtual meetings—without the need for face-to-face client meetings.
Work in a convenient location — Enjoy our Beranang office in Southern Klang Valley, with a commute that may help you avoid peak-hour traffic.
Enjoy practical benefits — Benefit from free parking and meal allowances.
Stay protected and supported — Eligible employees receive Group Hospitalisation & Surgical (GHS), Personal Accident (PA), and unlimited outpatient medical coverage.
Be rewarded for your contribution — Receive a competitive salary, annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and increments linked to individual and company performance.
Build a long-term career — Enjoy permanent employment opportunities upon successful completion of probation.
Keep learning and progressing — Access on-the-job training, sponsored courses, continuous learning programmes, and internal career opportunities across departments.
Be part of a connected workplace — Take part in annual dinners, festive celebrations, CSR programmes, sports competitions, and team-building activities.
Be recognised for your commitment — Receive awards and incentives when you reach long-service milestones.
Enjoy structured working hours — Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on an alternate or rotational basis.
Bring your experience into a broader sales role. We’re open to discussing a negotiable salary package based on your qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
Your work will connect customers, teams, and operations across the entire export journey. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Build trusted relationships with new and existing international customers through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
Manage enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and pro forma invoices with professionalism and attention to detail.
Coordinate orders with the Planning, Molding, Packing, and Administration teams—from samples and production updates through to packing and final delivery.
Keep customers informed with timely updates, new die sample confirmations, and practical solutions when challenges arise.
Develop valuable export operations expertise by reviewing documentary collection packs, verifying export documents, and maintaining accurate records of drawings, sample approvals, signed contracts, quotations, and related documents.
Collaborate across teams while supporting customer service, operational, and ad hoc assignments from the Head of Department.
Hold a Diploma, TVET, or SKM qualification.
Communicate confidently in spoken and written English with customers in the UK, Canada, Shanghai, and other international markets.
Have basic Microsoft Excel skills for data entry, order tracking, checking figures, and maintaining records.
Are a fresh graduate ready to launch your career or an experienced candidate looking for broader export sales responsibilities.
Have export documentation experience and are motivated to grow into sales.
Candidates with export documentation experience who are eager to expand their sales capabilities are especially encouraged to apply.
This is not just a target-driven, client-visiting sales job. It’s a chance to build meaningful international customer relationships, understand the full export process, and grow through hands‑on experience—all through a modern, virtual-first approach.
