Job summary

Reeracoen Recruitment is seeking an Export Sales Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support the Export Sales Department with administrative duties and data processing. You will enter sales contracts, proforma invoices, and customer orders into the ERP/database, while ensuring accuracy of pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

You will consolidate monthly sales data, generate reports for senior management, and track export/import statistics to monitor market movements and regional shipping trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in export/sales administration preferred.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Ability to liaise between sales and production.

Responsibilities

• Input sales contracts, proforma invoices, and orders into ERP/DB.
• Review terms, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules for consistency.
• Maintain organized digital records of client correspondence, contracts, and export files.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly sales data and compile detailed sales reports for management.
• Gather and maintain export/import statistics to track market movements and shipping trends.
• Liaise with plant operations, production scheduling, and warehouse to monitor order fulfillment.
