Itik Enak - PG Lean Hwa Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an experienced Export Manager to drive international growth for our FMCG range.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
4–5 years of export management experience in FMCG.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
Proven track record building relationships with international clients and distributors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in FMCG markets.
Develop and implement export strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Identify and establish relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with overseas distributors.
Oversee export operations from order to delivery, coordinating with logistics and production.
Ensure compliance with trade laws and maintain export documentation.
