• Coordinate export order processing between overseas customers and the factory to ensure smooth production and shipment flow.
• Prepare and issue delivery instructions (DI/DO) to relevant production and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
• Liaise with forwarding agents, logistics providers, and shipping companies to arrange export shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor daily sales orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery.
