Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing a multinational group that produces high-voltage transformers and reactors in Malaysia. The Export Coordinator Executive will oversee end-to-end export order processing, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field with at least 2 years of export operation experience, including sea/air freight and customs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operation (preferably in manufacturing).
• Experience in export, sea/air freight, and customs processes preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order processing from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
• Communicate with production and customers on order status, updates, and changes.
• Coordinate export shipments and necessary documentation with freight forwarders and customs.
• Monitor shipment activities for timely delivery.
• Ensure export documents (LC, B/L, COO, etc.) are prepared and shared on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Purchasing) to meet customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
• Prepare reports on sales data, order status, and customer feedback.
