ELITE BEAUTY ASIA (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD is seeking an experienced International Business Manager to lead our expansion and country operations in Malaysia. The role drives growth, develops market strategies, and oversees end-to-end operations across online and offline channels.

You will manage country P&L, build high-performing teams, recruit and train staff, and travel regionally. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG/cosmetics/e-commerce, strong leadership, bilingual in English and Mandarin,

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years in FMCG/cosmetics/lifestyle/e-commerce with broad exposure.
• E-commerce experience is highly appreciated.
• Offline sales management (modern trade, general trade) is a MUST.
• Confident and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Result-driven, independent, self-motivated and proactive.
• Possess strong leadership quality.
• Experience managing regional operations or overseas markets is required.
• Willing to travel extensively in the region.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and feasibility for overseas market entry.
• Develop market entry strategy and sustainable growth plan.
• Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and suppliers overseas.
• Oversee end-to-end country operations: sales, admin, marketing, finance, logistics, ecommerce.
• Recruit, train and manage local staff.
• Manage country P&L/budget and report KPIs weekly.
• Represent the company in overseas business matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
