ELITE BEAUTY ASIA (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD is seeking a Country Manager to lead the market with full P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth across offline and online channels.

You will oversee strategic initiatives, build high-performing teams, and manage key stakeholder relationships to deliver sustainable profitability. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in General Management or related leadership roles, with strong analytical and strategic abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in GM/Operations/Commercial/C country roles.
• Proven track record of managing full P&L and profitable growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English mandatory, Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage full P&L for the assigned market, including revenue, gross profit, and expenses.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Drive data-based decisions to maximize profitability and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, marketing, finance, HR.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers and partners.
• Support expansion, market development and strategic growth initiatives.
