Qualifications

Bachelor-level education required with preference for Master’s/MBA.
Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy and portfolio management.
Strong background in agile development and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate multi-product strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to inform product portfolio direction.
Develop multi-product roadmaps with clear KPIs and business impact metrics.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Executives to ensure consistent product excellence and innovation.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, package development, R&D, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing.
Drive a data-driven culture with clear performance metrics and product adoption goals.
Oversee customer discovery programs and user journey mapping across products.
Drive innovation through A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and user feedback loops.
Ensure exceptional user experiences and customer value creation across all product lines.
Collaborate with PMO, marketing, and engineering to ensure on-time product delivery.
Develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches at scale.
Oversee post-launch performance analysis and continuous product improvement initiatives.
Develop and deliver comprehensive product training materials; organize training sessions for internal sales teams and channel partners.
Work with executive leadership to align product roadmaps with corporate strategy.
Communicate product portfolio vision, strategy, and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong partnerships with regional and global teams for product scaling and localization.
