Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Events & Client Account Representative to manage key client relationships while coordinating projects and events.

You will be the main contact for accounts, align with Marketing, Fulfilment, Sales and Trainers, and ensure flawless execution of events, programmes, and joint ventures for international clients. Remote work flexibility and fully sponsored trips are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• Several years of experience in account/relationship management or project coordination.
• Strong written and spoken English; experience engaging international clients.
• Experience with customer service/ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).

Responsabilités

• Serve as main contact for assigned accounts and prospective leads.
• Coordinate events and client programmes with internal teams.
• Own accounts and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Manage joint venture and strategic client relationships.
• Document interactions and report project progress.
• Mentor junior counterparts and maintain service standards.
