Job summary

AI Rudder, a conversational AI company, is seeking a Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and winning enterprise customers. You will work with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable business value and build long-term partnerships.

The role requires 5-10+ years of enterprise SaaS/CCaaS sales experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, and strong storytelling to engage C-level decision makers in complex deals.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of enterprise SaaS/CCaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Strong storytelling and consultative selling skills, especially in complex solution sales.
• Comfortable engaging C-level decision makers and navigating long enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting to closing large-scale deals.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across bfsi, logistics, and other B2C focused enterprise sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, and legal) to deliver tailored solutions that solve real customer pain points.
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Stay sharp on emerging trends in Voice AI, SaaS, and CCaaS, and maintain our solution as best-in-class.
• Navigate long enterprise sales cycles with persistence and strategic vision.
