Job summary

Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced CX Technology & AI Consultative Seller to accelerate revenue growth and orchestrate AI-enabled customer experience transformations within Southeast Asia. You will lead strategic deals, craft value-driven strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise sales leadership with deep AI/data transformation knowledge and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

Proven track record managing large enterprise portfolios.
Strong AI and data transformation capabilities.
Experience with executive stakeholder engagement.
Ability to translate technology investments into business value.
Knowledge of Southeast Asia digital transformation trends.

Responsibilities

Lead consultative sales engagements focused on AI, data services, CX transformation, and platform integration.
Develop and execute strategic account plans balancing new logo acquisition with expansion.
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and technology decision-makers.
Identify challenges and growth opportunities, translating them into business-led solution strategies.
Lead complex sales cycles including workshops, business cases, RFPs, RFIs, negotiations, and contract management.
Champion AI-driven CX transformation initiatives integrating analytics, automation, and digital platforms.
