• Bachelor's degree in IT or related technical field.
• Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiar with ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Hands-on attitude with analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English for global interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1.5 / Level 2 support for business-critical enterprise applications.
• Handle Incident Tickets, Service Requests, user access management, and Active Directory /SSO.
• Triageticketsandanalyseapplication logs toidentifyroot causes of reported issues.
• Guide global users on correct system usage to prevent recurring operational issues, potentially deliver user trainings.
• Assistin creating andmaintainingoperational documentation and runbooks.
• Manage Incidents and Service Requestsin accordance withITIL best practices using ServiceNow.
• Work closely with senior colleagues toresolvecomplex technicalissuesand learn systemand applicationarchitecture.
