AT&S is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead complex, multinational programs across multiple sites. You will translate strategic business unit goals into executable roadmaps, and ensure disciplined execution with robust governance and risk management.

The role requires senior leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence within semiconductor/PCB manufacturing ecosystems. A strategic, data-driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading large cross-site programs with multinational teams.
• Proven track record delivering business-critical initiatives with measurable impact.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact programs across sites and functions.
• Translate strategy into executable program roadmaps to accelerate growth and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution across departments.
• Establish governance structures, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for transparency.
• Drive cost, delivery, quality, and productivity improvements.
