Job summary

AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, is seeking a passionate production supervisor to strengthen the Operations Team. You will coordinate production activities, ensure materials, equipment and personnel are available to meet schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 8+ years in semiconductor/PCB manufacturing in a supervisory capacity, and proficiency with quality tools such as 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in a supervisory role in semiconductor/PCB/substrate fabrication.
• Experience in clean room environments and production operations.
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to meet schedules with available materials and personnel.
• Uphold quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Identify and address production issues to minimize disruptions.
• Lead and manage production teams, provide guidance and drive safety.
• Develop and implement production plans based on orders and inventory.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate shift staff; ensure safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain production equipment with timely repairs and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with purchasing/logistics.
• Analyse production data and report performance for continuous improvement.
