Job summary

AT&S Malaysia is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead complex, strategic programs across multiple sites. You will translate business unit strategy into executable roadmaps, drive governance and performance, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance to enable growth and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industrial manufacturing program management, strong leadership in matrixed teams, and PMP/PgMP or equivalent qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 preferred.
• Experience leading large cross-site programs involving multiple sites and international teams.
• Strong leadership in matrixed, multicultural organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact programs across sites and functions.
• Translate strategy into executable program roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional program teams for integrated execution.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive cost, delivery, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals.
• Mentor program managers and develop talent.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with senior leadership.
• Represent program interests in executive reviews.
• Promote data-driven decision making with KPIs and dashboards.
