Job summary

Avnet Finland is seeking an internal support specialist who acts as a bridge between America/Europe design regions and the Asia sales team. The role supports Asia sales to transfer oversea design business to Asia.

You will coordinate pricing, align with local suppliers, and drive project transfers across regions, while handling daily tasks in the global system and seeking opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in electronic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with counterparts in America and Europe to obtain competitive Design Registration pricing.
• Align Design Registration pricing with local suppliers with Pricing & Quote and Supplier Product Management teams.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve migration business issues.
• Monitor transfer project status and support sales to win Design Registration projects.
• Manage daily and weekly tasks of assigned accounts through global system.
• Identify and participate in opportunities to improve systems, processes, and procedures.
• Communicate timely with counterparts across regions and make decisions independently.
