Job summary

GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGY SDN.BHD. is seeking a seasoned MEP Engineer to ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure across global data centers.

You will lead cross-site coordination with local FM/FE teams and vendors to uphold safety, reliability, and standardized practices. You will drive preventive maintenance, risk assessments, and technical projects, establish guidelines, and participate in commissioning, drills, and audits

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with data center infrastructure operations.
Ability to coordinate cross-site teams and vendors.
Familiar with risk management and preventive maintenance.
Experience with safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of critical MEP systems across overseas data centers.
Coordinate local FM/FE teams to manage MEP inventory and documentation.
Organize inspections, preventive maintenance, and system optimization.
Lead development and drills of EOP/MOP/SOP procedures for critical MEP systems.
Assess and optimize MEP systems to resolve recurring issues across sites.
Lead MEP risk assessments, change reviews, and global audits.
Drive implementation of MEP technologies and standards across data centers.
Supervise vendors during on-site installation and testing.
Participate in commissioning, IST, drills, and project handover.
Improve global MEP operation standards and checklists.
