Qualifications

• 15+ years in data centre operations, 7+ years in senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campus-wide strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and ensure 100% uptime and compliance with customer SLAs.
• Oversee large-scale maintenance projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Act as primary escalation point for major customer issues.
• Lead and develop a team of Cluster Operations Managers.
