Qualifications

• 3–5 years related working experience.
• Proven customer support experience in international supply chain.
• Semiconductor or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in business English, Mandarin and Japanese (read, write, speak).
• ERP (SAP) proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Work as customer service representative with international key accounts in a modern, global Supply Chain environment.
• Proactive Order Management & close monitoring of order book and shipments.
• Ownership of end-to-end operational customer interaction and demand fulfillment.
• Act as a strong customer advocate while aligning with company interests.
• Handle inbound B2B customer calls, emails, and inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Participate in customer and project review meetings and understand customer profiles.
• Professionally handle customer escalation and allocation scenarios.
• Collaborate and provide cross-functional support in customer-related matters.
