Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is seeking a customer service representative to handle international key accounts in a modern, global supply chain environment. You will manage orders, monitor shipments, and serve as the primary customer advocate while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, and work with SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and EDI to support demand fulfillment and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in international supply chain or customer service.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP; CRM (Salesforce); EDI.
• Excellent English, Mandarin, and Japanese skills (read/write/speak).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work as customer service representative with international key accounts in a modern, global Supply Chain environment.
• Proactive Order Management & close monitoring of order book and shipments.
• Ownership of end-to-end operational customer interaction and demand fulfillment.
• Strong Customer advocate whilst fostering company's best interests into account.
• Handle inbound B2B customer calls, email inquiries, requests with accuracy and on a timely manner.
• Participate in customer and project review meetings, understand customer profiles whilst supporting company’s growth and strategic targets.
• Professionally handle customer escalation and allocation scenarios.
• Collaborate and provide cross functional support in customer related matters in dynamic working environment.
