• Minimum 4 years experience as a Customer Service/Order Management specialist with international customers.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for business communication.

Aufgaben

• Interacts with customers/service reps to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
• Receives requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges; follows up on urgent orders.
• Creates and maintains Sales Orders, Quotations, Delivery orders, Service Orders, and COM.
• Places orders, provides info on part pricing/availability, order status, and delivery information; resolves complaints.
• Conducts audits of Global orders to ensure accuracy of processing.
• Analyzes reports/metrics to identify root causes and guide corrective actions.
• Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly reports including KPIs and operational metrics.
