Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia seeks a customer-focused professional to support order fulfillment and post-sales services. The role covers handling inquiries, coordinating with sales, logistics and manufacturing, and ensuring smooth contract and invoicing processes.

You will manage end-to-end customer experiences from order to installation, addressing complex multi-country issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. Night shift support is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years' relevant experience.
• Able to support night shift schedule: 11pm - 8am.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to benefit Keysight customers during order fulfillment, customer service requests, invoicing requirements or contract administration.
• Manages end-to-end customer experience from order to installation, including country-specific processes and international compliance requirements.
• Resolves customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
• Acts as liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, manufacturing, logistics, service delivery) to resolve inquiries.
• Influences production and/or shipping schedules and price changes.
• Identifies and pursues potential business opportunities.
• May manage country, regional or multi-country projects.
• Works on customer service assignments with clearly defined objectives.
