Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent Mandarin for daily cross-border communication.
• Proven sales drive and KPI achievement ability.
• Experience studying, living, or working in China preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Chinese Sellers and Brands operating on Shopee Malaysia.
• Serve as a key communication bridge between the local Shopee Malaysia team and China-based sellers, brands, and cross-border internal counterparts.
• Resolve seller-related inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholders.
• Oversee assigned accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth.
• Constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth.
• Educating Sellers on methods to increase their traction on Shopee, including platform policies, local market trends, and consumer behaviour specific to the Malaysian market.
• Negotiating deals with sellers and curating SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required.
• Analyzing sellers' progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue.
• Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and the stock availability of Sellers in the category.
• Securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (eg: 9.9/11.11).
• Working closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of Sellers.
