Job summary

Tag is a global creative production and sourcing partner delivering campaigns at scale across multiple channels. The role focuses on tracking timelines, coordinating internal production teams, and triaging regional briefs to optimize delivery.

We look for a candidate with 3+ years in project management in an agency setting, strong organizational skills, and experience with project tracking platforms and metadata taxonomy. Hybrid work involves in-office days two to three times per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or operations within an agency environment.
• Ability to participate in occasional client-facing discussions and communications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple live campaign timelines.

Responsibilities

• Track live regional campaigns and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide occasional client-facing coverage for the account servicing team during leaves or escalations.
• Maintain global/internal campaign trackers and enforce standardized metadata taxonomy.
• Oversee quality checks for localized assets to ensure brand standards compliance.
• Manage final delivery and distribution of video and digital assets to designated media channels.
