Job summary

Iyuno Media Group is seeking a hybrid-structured Manager in Malaysia to oversee client-facing projects and end-to-end delivery. You will coordinate client communications, manage project roadmaps and milestones, and track status across platforms including Grand Bazaar and Atlas.

Responsibilities

• Client & stakeholder communication: serve as primary point of contact for clients through CLP, ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Project ownership & execution: act as project owner, overseeing end-to-end execution and creating/maintaining project schedules.
• Project tracking & systems management: track project status across Iyuno and Netflix platforms; manage delivery rejections and QC resolutions.
• Guideline & documentation management: update internal guidelines and documentation based on changes in Netflix Partner Help Center or client communications.
• Financial & administrative: handle client invoicing, purchase orders, and input for client reporting and internal tracking.
• Risk management & escalation: identify project risks and escalate issues to Team Leads and Production as needed.
• Reporting & approvals: prepare and deliver project status reports and ensure cost approvals and documentation are in place.
