Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Procurement Operations & Systems Support role based in Kuala Lumpur. The position involves acting as the Level 2 escalation point for complex procurement processes and system issues, troubleshooting Coupa and related platforms, and supporting day-to-day admin tasks.

You will coordinate with technology teams and vendors, ensuring timely resolution of requests while maintaining SLAs, and act as a liaison between Procurement, Finance, suppliers, and system support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Shared Services, Procurement Ops, S2P or P2P.
• At least 3 years supporting or administering Coupa or similar platforms.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of procurement, purchasing, AP, and finance processes.
• Experience supporting global stakeholders within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 2 escalation point for complex procurement process and system issues.
• Troubleshoot procurement platform queries, system errors, and transactional exceptions.
• Support day-to-day administration of Coupa and related procurement systems.
• Coordinate with technology teams, Coupa support, and third-party vendors to resolve incidents.
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining SLAs.
• Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders, users, and suppliers.
• Act as liaison between Procurement, Finance, suppliers, and system support teams.
• Deliver updates on issue status via ticketing platforms, email, and collaboration tools.
• Manage business-critical and sensitive escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Analyze data and metrics to recommend process enhancements and UX improvements.
• Support continuous improvement across S2P and P2P processes.
• Contribute to process standardisation and operational excellence.
• Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and controls.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across procurement systems.
• Support audit requests and governance activities.
