Job summary

Michael Page Malaysia is seeking a seasoned procurement technology leader in Kuala Lumpur to drive digital transformation across S2P/P2P processes.

You will own the roadmap, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and partner with technology teams to deliver value while ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment. This role offers a hybrid setup and exposure to global initiatives.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, or Digital Transformation.
Experience leading procurement technology implementations and transformations.
Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional qualifications (CIPS/CPSM) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for procurement technology platforms and digital capabilities.
Act as Product Owner for procurement systems, translating requirements into scalable digital solutions.
Develop business cases, user stories, and functional requirements to support system enhancements.
Partner with technology teams and external solution providers throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
Drive adoption of digital solutions to improve user experience, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Lead change management activities and drive stakeholder engagement.
