Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 3 years in procurement or analytics.
• Experience with governance, policy management, spend analytics, reporting and compliance.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel).
• Experience with ERP and digital procurement tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of procurement policies and governance frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with policies, delegated authority limits and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct procurement compliance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain procurement documentation, templates and SOPs.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to procurement activities.
• Drive standardized procurement processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and bottlenecks; recommend improvements.
• Support best practices and continuous improvement programs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to procurement transformation.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports.
• Monitor KPIs, savings, compliance, and supplier performance indicators.
• Analyze spend data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support category management and sourcing with spend analysis and market intelligence.
• Support procurement systems implementation and optimization; handle system issues.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve workflows and automation.
• Ensure data integrity and governance within procurement systems.
• Maintain procurement knowledge repositories, templates and training materials.
• Support capability development and training programs.
• Facilitate communication and awareness of procurement policies and best practices.
• Promote a culture of procurement excellence and continuous learning.
• Work with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit and business stakeholders.
• Support change management and digital transformation; build strong relationships.
